Tom came on board to manage Upper Mountain Gardens at a time when the association had been through a number of property managers and was in need of stability and expertise. Tom was able to hit the ground running with little prior information and was able to construct a solid foundation for the association to work on. Under his watch, the reserve fund was replenished to recommended levels, several capex projects that had languished for years were completed and new financial investments were made. Tom brings to the table a wealth of experience, strong project management skills and great interpersonal skills. His work has made the Board more effective and UMG a better place to live!

From our initial meeting in late 2007 through 2010, the Camelot at Woodhaven Homeowners Association has been delighted with the professional management services and personable approach towards dealing with our communities' unique challenges that has been offered by Tom Conway and FoxWood Realty Services. To truly understand our great appreciation for the service Mr. Conway has delivered, one must understand the history of our community prior to his hiring. In 2007, the Camelot at Woodhaven Homeowners Association, had the difficult task of replacing our original management company, which had disappointed our organization since being appointed to that position by the developer of our community in 2000. That company had failed us with poor performance and continual mismanagement. Our Board of Trustees, with myself directing the project, solicited bids from a half dozen firms to fill this void and help our community through what we knew would be a challenging transition process. After meeting with Mr. Conway, we were certain hiring his firm would be the ideal choice and we have never once been disappointed with the outstanding results he has delivered. Our community was on the verge of financial disaster in 2007. Since his hiring early in 2008, Mr. Conway has provided concrete financial and accounting services. As of 2010, our community is on a solid financial footing, with clear budgetary plans that have actually given us a surplus and built our bank reserves. This is critical to the long-term health of the community. He has done an outstanding job of dealing with unique issues in the community, and ensuring that the Board of Trustees was a properly elected body of representatives, while assisting in the revision of our Rules and Regulations. Additionally, Mr. Conway has been instrumental in identifying contractors who could properly deal with our lawn and snow services that could provide the service our community required while also staying within our annual budget parameters. Hence, our community is currently on such a solid financial footing, we have not necessitated raising homeowner association fees in several years, and do not immediately anticipate future increases. In summary, this Board of Trustees member finds Tom Conway and FoxWood Realty to be professional, knowledgeable, reliable, trustworthy, and thorough. I would not hesitate in recommending his services.
